The NANO CHOCOLINE is a small line for chocolate preparation, dedicated to small-medium chocolate manufacturers, industrial confectioners and in general, for all those who need to produce small batches with high quality. The line can be run by a single operator and fits in a compact area.
This mini-line, which can produce up to 250/300 kg/h has the same features as a large modern pro-duction line and consists of:
the Mixer MTE-250, designed to homogeneously mix the solid and liquid raw materials for the production of chocolate, compound and cream masses
the first stage refiner HCP 303
the second stage refiner HFI 306, both with 3 refining rolls
the ALPHA1, the horizontal conching machine with a single agitator shaft, suitable for final conching of the refined mass.
NEXT CAVEMIL is a new intermittent chocolate moulding line, presented here in the 650 x 350 version for solid chocolate products and solid with inclusions.
Completely servo-controlled for a synchronized chain movement and with a new aluminium frame, the NEXT CAVEMIL has a modern design based on hygienic concepts to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Totally covered modules guarantee product and operator safety, and, thanks to a new technology for thermo-acoustic insulation, significantly reduced noise.

JT-DualPRO is the new dual lane horizontal flowrapper, which in a reduced space (its just a bit larger than a single flowpack), allows a double output rate, with just one operator. The JT-DualPRO will be fed by a CMOPM biscuit stacking loader, equipped with linear motors, in order to pack biscuits on stacks.
Designed with emphasis on ergonomics, the JT-DualPRO makes operator reel loading easy with the reels less than 1450 mm height and is fully accessible with all guards easily openable without tools. Moreover, the transparent polycarbonate guards provide a clear view of internal conditions and cleanliness of the machine.
SmartCell is a multifunctional cell formed by three independent and complementary modules. The first module is for case preparation and forming, with a completely automatic change-over managed through the HMI, avoiding any adjustment for the blank dispenser or any setting of hot melt glue guns for various case sizes. Moreover the blank loading area has a new ergonomic design which does not require the operators to lift the blanks above their waist. The second module prepares groups, using two pairs of conveyor belts and two CM-OPM Fast Pickers. The final module has a 2 axis robot that picks the prepared product groups and places them into the case. This module also allows completely automatic change-over via the HMI, placing product groupings flat or on-edge, in single or multiple layers.
CM-OPM is the result of the merging of the two former companies Carle&Montanari and OPM, developed within the CMH Group under the control of SACMI. The two companies combined the best of their respective production skills and know-how, creating an unique center capable to provide real complete, turnkey, high quality solutions for the processing, moulding and packaging of chocolate.
CM-OPM has two operational sites, each one with its R&D and production department: one based in Rozzano, near Milan, focused on processing and moulding plants and the other one based in Monticello dAlba, near Cuneo, specialized in moulding and packaging plants.
This synergy between two absolute players of the “chocolate planet” allows the customer to interface with a single supplier able to propose flexible, personalized solutions for every possible production requirement.
