New dimension for cutting frozen products down to -18°C

AVITOS dicer cuts products without pre-cutting

OBERLAHR/ DÜSSELDORF. The new cutting technology of the AVITOS dicer reveals a completely new dimension of cutting frozen meat products into small end products. The innovative and robust cartridge cutting disc, together with the counter-running 12-blade cutting wheel, opens up possibilities which provide you with a clear competitive advantage. AVITOS confidently cuts frozen meat, such as bacon cubes or strips, at a product temperature of down to -18°C – without any prior cutting. Without this pre-cutting, you are also in the lead in terms of staff safety.

AVITOS also convinces with excellent product separation after cutting. Since the products do not need to be tempered to a higher temperature, you also save money because less energy costs arise. The machine’s hourly output ranges up to 2 tonnes (depending on product and application).

Whether manual or automatic loading, whether discharge on belt or redirection to the multiple-head scale using a vacuum – AVITOS offers a wide range of possibilities.

AVITOS also meets the high requirements of the TREIF premium hygiene design. The open design ensures simple and quick cleaning. The tool changing cart is part of the AVITOS standard equipment.

OBERLAHR/ DÜSSELDORF. The next generation in TREIF precision portion cutting machines offers high-speed cutting with extremely high capacity and continuously reliable precision. The industry machine, FALCON evolution, will be presented for the first time at Interpack.

Based on nearly twenty years of experience cutting portions precisely to a prescribed weight, TREIF developed the FALCON evolution which, compared to the earlier model, FALCON hybrid+, delivers a substantial increase in precision performance.

FALCON evolution adopts the proven technologies of the FALCON hybrid+, which is already established in the market and can also be seen at Interpack. FALCON evolution cuts products with bones or without into slices with a specified weight or slice thickness in a way that fully optimizes yield.

The new generation of the TREIF FALCON family attributes its extremely high speed to the long-term vision of single processes.

FALCON evolution is easily adopted due to its ease of use. The operation of the machine is remarkably self-explanatory, clear, and user-friendly.

Thanks to the open design, the FALCON evolution is also commanding new standards in hygiene and the reduced weight of its accessories significantly facilitates the operator’s work.

The 4D camera system, which completely measures the product before cutting, is the basis for the output-optimized cutting and precision. The driven, contour-controlled TREIF down holder, together with the product gripper, are critical to the machine’s precision, because they provide a high degree of stability for the product during cutting. The blade is firmly secured between plates that guide the blade for a precise cut.

At Interpack, the FALCON evolution will be presented with our innovative robotic technology which is able to support the high output of the machine. The slices are processed using a fully automated sorting and positioning operation, e.g. into discount supermarket packaging. The combination of  the FALCON and the robotic system form the TREIF POWERLINE

With a seamless integration bone-in or boneless products are sliced to a specified weight or slice thickness with a nearly 100 % yield, then sorted and positioned for packaging.

DIVIDER orbital 400+

Extremely high output even at the entry level class

TREIF slicer combines high output with compact size and flexibility

The new slicer DIVIDER orbital 400+ is extremely efficient and achieves up to 1,600 slices per minute. That means slicing with a very high output even at the entry level class. The machine combines this high performance with a compact size and flexibility.

Many products can be sliced respective various applications are possible without any conversions of the machine. The product range of the slicer includes boiled sausage, salami, ham, cheese and “veggie” products as well.

Due to this flexibility and the compact size the machine is ideal for starting out in the slicing business resp. for the requirements of shops and medium sized companies. In addition, DIVIDER orbital 400+ is characterized by short ancillary times and maximum process reliability.

Like all TREIF slicers, DIVIDER orbital 400+ works with ECO SLICING technology. This means reduction of energy costs and more protection of the environment because the product cooling can be reduced. Other slicing systems need idle cuts for gaining time for the transport of the slices. TREIF slicers do not need idle cuts. They therefore require fewer blade rotations for achieving the same output. This protects the product during slicing and allows slicing at higher product temperatures which saves time for logistics and product cooling and therefore energy costs.

DIVIDER orbital 400+ offers an absolute premium level also when it comes to hygiene. This makes cleaning easy and efficient.

The slicer can also be integrated into production lines. A variety of combinations are possible like e.g. the combination with smart feeder. The feeder places the products automatically in the packaging machine, with no need to handle them manually. This means improved hygiene, as the products are not touched by hand, but also, most crucially, lower personnel costs. The smart feeder can easily be combined with any packaging machine on the market.
