SAM® – STEPHAN ASEPTIC MULTITHERM
SAM® is a compact designed, multifunctional processing unit which is able to generate aseptic working conditions. The multifunctional processing unit is made for „high-end“ production processes and products. Further, SAM® is quite simple to integrate into a process line. The high task complexity needs no complicated programing or operating steps. The detailed, visualized processing functions and the high automation status simplify the entire process. SAM® combines functionality, simple operating steps, innovative process technology and “state of the art” automation to be ready for the future of food production.
The STEPHAN Microcut® Machines are compact and easy to use. The unique Microcut® principle allows fine cutting and emulsifying processes in one machine. The Microcut® MCH-D machines with a double cutting system are for medium and high size applications and require very little space in the factory.
They handle most tasks involved in the production of meat masses for sausage production, fine pate, pureed food, rework and similar fine and smooth products in the confectionary and convenience food industry. The different executions of classic, inline and feeding screw (fsl) are optimized for handicraft and industrial requirements.
The STEPHAN Universal Machines handle all the tasks involved in the production of processed cheese, convenience food products and confectionary fillings: from mixing and chopping, emulsifying and vacuum processes to heating and cooling. The machine line covers machine sizes from 2.5 litre batches up to 170 litre batches. By choosing from specific options and add-ons machines which fit to our customers needs are designed.
