Our products

Product category: Machines or equipment for conveying, storing or arranging packages or packaging components during the packaging process (without floor trucks)

PRORUNNER MK1

The Prorunner mk1 is a discontinuous product elevator that excels in robustness and requires minimal maintenance. Its steel structure is extremely stable under all circumstances.

By using a flat belt the Prorunner mk1 is completely silent in it's movement. Moreover, a flat belt of this type almost has no maintenance. No lubrication and tension in comparison to chain driven system is needed anymore.

Efficient vertical transport

The lift can easily hoist boxes, trays, boxes, crates, boxes or bags weighing up to 100kg lift. The Prorunner mk1 is ideally suited for applications where maximum capacity of approximately 500 movements per hour is needed. Its compact design, uses relatively just little floor space.

All this together makes the Prorunner mk1 an extremely efficient and economical solution for your vertical transportation. The standard version with an output level up to 2,500 mm and a driven roller conveyor and product support is already available at USD 4,550, -*

Highrunner mk7: rapidly putting down layers

What distinguishes Highrunners from most other palletising systems is the position of the pattern-formation conveyor. In the Highrunners, the pattern-formation conveyor is located at a height, while the pallet is moved up and down with a pallet lifter. The top of the pallet is consequently always located at the same level as the pattern-formation conveyor.

Layer by layer

The Highrunner mk7 is the fastest palletiser from the Qimarox range. What is interesting is that the products are deposited on the pallet layer by layer with the Highrunner mk7. To do so the machine has a built-in buffer, where each formed row remains until a layer is complete. By depositing an entire layer at a time, the Highrunner mk7 needs to make fewer movements. This saves time, which increases the capacity.

Because it's the pallet that moves up and down with the Highrunner mk7, the rows no longer need to be moved up and down while being deposited. That saves even more time, especially with pallets that need to be stacked 1.80 metres or higher. This makes the Highrunner mk7 one of the fastest palletisers on the market.

Infeed and outfeed of pallets

As soon as a pallet is full, the pallet lift moves all the way down so that it can be carried away via a pallet transport system. An empty pallet can be supplied from the opposite direction at the same time.

The Highrunner mk7 can handle a wide range of products:

  • boxes
  • boxes with lids
  • trays
  • trays with foil
  • buckets
  • crates
  • jerrycans
  • etc.

Crossrunner: in-line palletising in layers

Qimarox Crossrunners are an ideal solution for in-line placing of multiple palletisers. Thanks to the unique design, a single roller conveyor is sufficient to feed pallets in and out for multiple machines operating in machines.

The products are supplied by means of a feed belt that is placed on left or right side of the formation location. To do so the machine has a built-in buffer, where each formed row remains until a layer is complete. By depositing an entire layer at a time, the Highrunner mk7 needs to make fewer movements. This saves time, increasing the capacity when compared to other palletising systems.

Pallets pass along the bottom of the unit

Because the pattern-formation conveyor and pallet lift are located even higher, both empty and full pallets can pass underneath at ground level via the central roller conveyor.

In other words, in an arrangement with, for example, two Crossrunners next to each other, a full pallet from the first machine can be carried away under the second machine while this second machine simply continues palletising. Conversely, it is possible to transport an empty pallet to the second machine under the first machine via the roller conveyor without hindering the first machine at all.

Intelligent control software

Qimarox's intelligent control software ensures that the infeed and outfeed of pallets is carefully coordinated with the movements of the palletisers, so that collisions can be avoided.

It is even possible to assign different priorities per machine. This prevents the last palletiser from not being able to get rid of its full pallet because of the large flow of pallets coming from the other machines.

Compact and accessible

The great advantage of the Crossrunner is its compact set-up. It is no longer necessary to build an infeed and outfeed conveyor for each palletiser.

An additional advantage is accessibility. The lack of complex roller conveyor constructions, the palletisers are easily accessible for service and maintenance, even with a forklift if necessary.

About Qimarox

Qimarox is a leading manufacturer of components for material handling systems. As a manufacturer of, among other things, palletisers, product lifts, pallet lifts, packaging machines and shielding systems, Qimarox distinguishes itself by its contemporary vision and approach, in which innovation, quality and added value are of paramount importance.

History

Qimarox emerged from Nedpack, which was established in 1995 by Pieter Hannessen. From the beginning, Nedpack had a strong focus on the manufacture of palletisers and product elevators for end-of-line packaging systems. The company’s years of experience and continuous development have produced machines that are modular, standardised components, which today are supplied to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and system integrators worldwide. In 2012, this components division was split off from Nedpack and housed in Qimarox, to place even more focus on design, production and supply of these components.

MissionQimarox aspires to become the market leader in the supply of material handling components to OEMs and system integrators, offering the highest performance, lowest integration costs and best service to end users.

Vision

The material handling systems market requires components that combine high performance with a low price and that are modular, multifunctional and durable.

Our people

Qimarox has a team of highly qualified employees. Their customer focus enables Qimarox to maintain and further expand its current leading position in the market.

Our customers
