During this event, our exhibited products, running during the day will be:
A POSIMAT-BOT unscrambler, which is a new model that features huge versality. This machine has a vacuum system that turns bottles or any objects, upt to 360 degrees to place them on the output conveyor.
A POSIFLEX-22-A unscrambler with a BTU in monoblock, which is a flexible and vesatile unscrambler for an infinite range of bottles. Changeover is done quickly and instantaneously. The BTU (Bottle Transfer Unit) orients the bottles 360º and inserts them into any puck, even into those wiht special requirements like labeling pucks, pucks with asymmetrical cavity, tight pucks, etc.
A MICRO series unscrambler, specially designed for very small bottles.

Embracing the latest technology, Posimat consistently delivers improved line solutions. For standalone or complex line projects-whatever your handling requirement-Posimat has the answer. We have manufactured more than 6,000 unscrambler units, which can be found worldwide.
For this, Posimat has a wide range of models covering all the needs from small bottling companies to big corporations, with machines capable of reaching speeds of up to 80.000 bottles per hour. It also provides equipment to supply and orientate the bottles in “pucks”, and special models for particular specification.
Product category: Sorting equipment - pharmacy and cosmetics
An orientor is a machine that turns bottles having asymmetrical faces, which are detected after having left the unscrambler.
POSIMAT has several types of orientors for each particular application; linear and rotary ones. They have several types of detection systems: by means of photocell, through artificial vision, etc. For low and high speeds.
Product category: Silos and accessories for the production of baked goods, snacks and cerials
POSISILO, the definitive storage solution for delicate bottles, thanks to its patented special pressure-less output system. Allow the bottles to travel freely , without pressure, since they do not support the weight of the bottles in the silo (as it happens in the traditional silo systems)Therefore, bottles do not get damaged , even if they are very light.
The lower part of the silos wall has some flaps (ramps) attached to it that move up and down, using pneumatic cylinders that shake the bottles in a rhythmic and controlled way via PLC. This action prevents the formation of bottle bridges in the silo, allowing the bottles to fall or preventing them from falling, according to the demand of the filling line.
Product category: Conveying, storage and transportation systems
POSIJET AND VERTIJET AIR CONVEYORS
POSIJET, the only air conveyor with twin guides. Amongst this machine's many possibilities, it's well worth mentioning the VERTIJET system, the first and only vertical air conveyor able to raise (or lower) bottles on slopes from 0 to 90º. This system's features allow it to efficiently handle bottles that other systems cannot transport: A twin-guide profile encapsulates the bottle above and below the neck ring, thus avoiding leaving marks on the bottle's neck and providing better stability to the bottle, even at very high production line speeds. The single bi-directional opening directs a current of air around the neck and the main part the bottle with precision. This reduces the levels of contamination and jams, increases the speed of the bottles move and keeps them in the vertical position, even at high speeds. Efficient with short-necked bottles. With POSIJET, the current of air is directed with precision, so it can be directed towards specific parts of the bottles, even on short-necked bottles. The current of air creates an air cushion between the guides and the ring on the bottle neck, which notably reduces friction, which in turn lowers the air pressure needed during the operation and a reduction in energy consumption for operating the fan.
POSIRINSER rinsers clean bottles by blowing air ionised. They can be installed integrally with the POSIMAT unscramblers or added later as a standalone machine. Especially designed for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Flexibility and quicker manual format change.Fast and without requiring tools or qualified personnel. The inside of the unit can be seen at all times thanks to the windows in the cabin. Suitable for empty plastic bottles and different sizes, weights and neck types.
Embracing the latest technology, Posimat consistently delivers improved line solutions. For standalone or complex line projects-whatever your handling requirement-Posimat has the answer. Our new Posimat solutions are targeted at the Industry 4.0 to support preventive maintenance of our equipment and inform about possible incidents before this happens.
The latest addition to the Posimat range of unscramblers is the POSIMAT BOT, a model that features huge versatility. This machine has a vacuum system that turns bottles or any other objects up to 360 degrees in order to place them – automatically and without any pressure at all – on the output conveyor.
Furthermore, it has an automated rejection system for defective objects that minimizes line downtimes and allows constant process monitoring.
Our company Posimat was founded in 1977 in Barcelona, Spain and is the worlds leader in the manufacturing of empty plastic bottles handling systems - Unscramblers, Orientors, Air Conveyors, Silos and Rinsers, plus all engineering for the beginning of plastic bottling lines.
POSIMAT unscrambler is tailor-made for each different Customer/Project. For more information on the POSIMAT machinery range please visit our web page www.posimat.com or visit our stand in INTERPACK 2017 Hall 16 Stand 16B46.
