The SILKWORM stretch-wrap system is designed by our partner Bema for flexibility, speed, film saving and operating autonomy. This is accomplished by utilizing a single Fanuc robot, or for lower speed options a stationary delivery system, and a proprietary film carriage to deliver the stretch film onto finished pallets.
The film delivery system pre-stretches the film as pre-set and works in conjunction with the turning table to apply the film precisely as required to maintain pallet integrity. By utilizing up to a 1 meter film roll, the stretch-wrapper can operate at high pallet throughput while maintaining low component speeds.
The SILKWORM stretch-wrap system is designed to be in-line with the palletizer or as a standalone island fed by LGVs for accommodating the output of multiple palletizers. Through pallet tracking and SILKWORM standard programming, each pallet/SKU can receive a unique wrap pattern depending on individual requirements.
When equipped with the Auto-Film Head Change, the stretch-wrapper can operate in excess of 8 hours without operator intervention. This autonomy increases the production line efficiency and frees the operations personnel and technicians to do other value added work.

Our Robot Palletizers are available in various standard product families, each designed for applications that support close coupling to the end of the production line, high speed, high reliability and operations at the floor level.
They are all prepared for data tracking and LGV interface even when LGV integration is planned for implementation at a later stage.
The WOODPECKER PALLET INSPECTION system is designed by our partner Bema for automated, compact layout, on-line, high volume pallet inspection.
This is accomplished by utilizing a single high speed, high payload Fanuc robot for de-stacking empty pallets and a proprietary Check Unit that confirms pallet dimensions, checks for structural integrity, looks for missing/hanging boards and flattens protruding nails.
Equipped with the optional brushing and residue vacuum system, the pallets will be removed of un-wanted foreign objects. Pallets that do not meet customer standards are rejected and placed in a stack that can be returned to pallet provider while “in-spec” pallets are stacked for use in the production facility.
The WOODPECKER PALLET INSPECTION cell is designed to be either “in-line” or stand alone the palletizing system and is completely accessible from the floor level, thus requiring no expensive platforms and eliminates safety risks associated with working on elevated surfaces.
Using the WOODPECKER PALLET INSPECTION takes “bad pallets” out of the intra-logistics system and improves overall reliability and safety.
