The filling line Filler F-X2 is equipped with a system of filler nozzles arranged in 2 rows. The solution is appropriate for high capacity filling of > 3 000 packagings per hour depending on the unique product shape and volume. The intermediate container has special sensors thanks to which the fluid is pumped over to the main container. Then it is pumped over directly to the machine. As soon as the filling is over, as the products are moving out from the first row the filler nozzles move over the second row of products and fill them with fluid. When it is finished the process is repeated with the nozzles position change. The operator sets the dose directly by means of a touch panel. The filling machine is equipped with servo-motors and flowmeters. They enable accurate dosage. Servo-motors ensure full control over the process speed, which may be modified during the process.
The filler is equipped with 6 filler nozzles. It is ideal for filling packagings with fluids of different densities. It is dedicated for average capacity filling. The filler nozzles diameter is adjusted to the packaging diameter. Each filling line may be equipped with special puckes for unstable products. It may handle wide range of fluids. The filling line is controlled with a touch panel thanks to which the operator is in full control of the whole filling process. The machine structure comprises a drip tray to secure the packaging from getting wet. The filling machine is equipped with a system of servo-motors allowing for setting the precise dose and regulating the filling speed.
Filler F-X serves for filling purposes in various industries (e.g.: cosmetic, chemical, food). It is destined for filling empty packaging with a set dose of a given fluid. Due to its structure, the filler may be adjusted to handle different types of packaging (e.g.: glass bottles, canisters, PET bottles). The machine is equipped with an appropriate number of fillers of a given diameter depending on the type of fluid, packaging and performance.
The automated Filler F-X filling line operates in a linear system. The appropriate quantity of packaging, depending on the number of fillers, stops under the dosing system. Then, the fillers move down vertically to the interior of the packaging and then the filing cycle starts according to the formula fixed with the control system. When the filling is over, the fillers move up leaving the nozzle inside the packaging. When the cycle ends, the filling system returns to its initial position. When the next lot of packaging is moving in, the fillers wait over the drip tray in order to prevent the fluid from dripping. The machine operates while utilizing intermediate container, to which the fluid is pumped into from the main container. The intermediate container is equipped with sensors which control the quantity of fluid and engage the pump at the right moment, depending on the fluid level. The machine may be equipped with CIP system (Cleaning in place) in order to clean the filling system, for example, to change the fluid.
