INDUSTRIAL PROCESS LINE FOR MANUFACTURING OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO WORK IN ZONE Ex
Homogenizing – process line designed for manufacturing of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, is equipped with two homogenizing mixers with capacity 2000 liters and two 2-tones auxiliary mixers as well as one phase mixer with capacity 600 liters. The device is done in accordance with ATEX directive. Two independent control modules enable running different processes at the same time, and two additional collectors equipped with valves with pneumatic actuators and connection sensor, enable the control of product and detergents flow. Modern equipment of the line makes it easy to control the whole technological process.

VACUUM HOMOGENIZING MIXER 50 LITERS TYPE MZUTL 50 C
Mixer type MZUTL 50 C is the first-class homogenizing machine belonging to series of types including mixers from 5 to 5000 liters of capacity. It is designed in accordance with GMP directive and GAMP guidelines as well as FDA “scale-up” rules for manufacturing of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
