PLF International has designed and manufactured what is considered to be one of the most flexible, gentle, user-friendly powder filling machines – for rigid and semi-rigid containers – in the world.
Its range of filling machines are built to facilitate the stringent demands of the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, i.e. easy to clean with quick changeover, minimum giveaway, gentle product handling. They can be semi or fully automatic and are built so that performance can be enhanced to meet production demands. Each machine can be fitted with PLFs accumulated or individual head-update weight control systems to ensure maximum accuracy and minimum giveaway.

PLF's continued investment in research and development has led to the introduction of the PLF, patented, vertical Form, Fill and Seal filling application which eradicates augers from the filling process. This not only reduces product degredation, but also minimizes the risks associated with misalignment of augers in the filling process. It is due to be launched at Interpack 2017

Over the last 10 years, PLF has successfully project managed and installed complete turnkey lines - for powders - for blue chip clients around the world. Its dedicated team of internal and external project managers supervise the entire process from initial concept and budget management, to installation and compliance with all relevant legislation; PLF's aim is to identify and fulfill customers' requirements throughout a project.
