AUTOMATIC SOFT PANNING EQUIPMENT

Automtic Soft Panning Equipment uses a solid wall drum with mixing baffles and normally does not use Air Treating Systems because the Soft Panning Process uses Powder to Dry the Product. Batch times normally takes between 30 to 120 minutes and requires post cristalization before shining.

The basic equipment has the following systems:

  • Drive System
  • Complete Syrup Dosing System with syrup tank, pump and nozzles.
  • Powder dosifier
  • PLC Control System with Touch screen Interface.
  • Stainles steel solid wall drum with mixing baffles.

The optional systems depend on final products and client specification, please see the below list:

AUTOMATIC DRUM FOR CHOCOLATE PANNING

The Automaic drum for Chocoalte panning uses self cleaning heated spray nozzles to control the particle size of the droplets applied to the product. This equipments supplies treated air to the centers according to a recipe defined by the control system.

The process is fully automatic and  starts from a nut and finish with a shined product ready for packing.

This equipment has following systems:

PERFORATED WALL AUTOMATIC HARD PANNING SYSTEM

This Equipment uses a Drum fabricated with perforated stainless steel sheets allowing air injecting from outside the drum to flow inside through the product, achieving faster products drying.

The Drum is located on a platform, at the right height for containers positioning or unloading belt locating.

Each equipment is custom designed, considering a basic equipment with different additional systems requiered for an optimum final product elaboration.
