Paper core with adhesive
What are the requirements a core must meet? It must be able to withstand the strain and stress during winding, transport, storage and unwinding. This applies equally to the paper, film and foil, metal and textile industries as well as to any other application.
It is therefore particularly important that every core is customised in line with customer specifications. Only in doing so you can be sure that the core really meets your requirements. This is where we at Paul & Co can help you. Benefit from our experience and work together with us to develop perfect solutions – for every requirement!
The Tack High Core is a real innovation: The surface of our new core for films and foils is entirely covered with an adhesive which can be activated using water as needed.
Your advantages •The use of start-up winding aids like double-sided adhesive tape is no longer required •Before start of winding, the applied film can be adjusted and newly positioned •Without humidification the surface of the cores remains smooth and the cores do not stick together. This also applies in case of high temperatures or humidity levels •Dust build-up especially while cores are being cut and markings from adhesive tape edges on wound materials are a thing of the past
We are your specialist for customised solutions in the sectors of cores, edge protectors and core board.
Whether spirally wound or convolute paper cores, standard or customised products, high performance cores for extreme loads or surface-refined cores for highly sensitive wound goods – you are always on the safe side with our cores. When selecting the raw materials for your cores, we already focus on top quality core board. The experience gained from core manufacturing is used in the development of core board.
We are your strong partner Got a complex challenge for us? In close cooperation with you, we can develop the right solution and master any challenge.
