IPI Master Stuy Program "Master of Engineering in Packaging Technology"
IPI's Master of Engineering in Packaging Technology is an outstanding programme globally. It has been developed and is supported by the Packaging Industry in cooperation with renowned international universities. The fact that the more than 30 different lecturers on the programme are Professors from a number of highly respected international universities as well as experts from the Packaging Industry, each of whom is a specialist in their particular field, makes the IPI Master Program unique.
IPI's Master of Eingineering in Packaging Technology has a clear mandate to enhance expert knowledge and to develop skills across the whole packaging technology chain (Packaging Materials; Packaging Machines; Packaging Processes) including those needed in management and leadership positions.
The Master of Engineering in Packaging Technology is a part time, modular study programme in line with the European Bologna declaration, which focuses on current practice and developments in the Packaging Industry and represents 120 ETCS (European Transfer Credit Systems) .
The programme is part-time and lasts four semesters. There are 96 study-days, divided into 16 one-week blocks and spread over two years. Expert knowledge across the whole packaging technology value chain is enhanced and relevant skills are developed to ensure newly acquired knowledge is understood and applied with maximum effectiveness within both the business and environmental context.
The internationally recognised degree "Master of Engineering in Packaging Technology" will be granted by the Constance University upon successful completion of the programme at IPI, including the Masters Thesis. The programme enables participants to take leading roles in internationally operating businesses in the packaging industry.
IPIs education programmes all follow the same didactical concept using many different learning methods including lectures, case-studies, assignments, discussion groups, company visits, workshops and a study-visit to Michigan State University.
