Highlights The machine consists of a water-cooled turntable upon which two water-cooled and hydraulically controlled kneading arms knead the sweet mass. The plate rotates periodically and the arms fold and mix the ingredients uniformly
The stroke of the kneading arms can be easily regulated.The number of cycles, the length of the mixing arms, the speed and the pressure made on the candy mass are easily adjustable
