The exhibition interpack 2017 in Düsseldorf will see the launch of Hapas Industry 4.0–ready UV digital system Web 4.0, printing two colors on blister foil. At home in a digital Industry 4.0 factory, the in-house printing solution demonstrates experience-driven design and function.
The BlisterJet CMYK is the markets first sealed-blister printing system to print graphics and text in a full-color, CMYK application. The innovation creates unrivaled opportunities in product design, differentiation, and finishing. It increases blister line utilization, production agility, and faster throughput time for small volumes.
The “redcube plus” is a future-proof printing module. Scalable, it goes from single to four spot colors, or CMYK, and prints 720 dpi and up to 60 meters a minute. Print-head maintenance is fully automated so no production time is lost to manual cleaning. Two pinning stations are an option to fulfill color-on-color printing.
The Hybrid combines UV DOD and UV flexo technologies into an agile, two-color printing system for web-fed lidding materials. The print modules operate together or separately to achieve the highest cost/performance ratio and best results.
