Z-100 / Z CAP your entrance point in to automation
The operator places bottles or vials onto the rotary table which are filled automatically and re- buffered. The Z 100 is a rotary vial/bottle handling system designed for use with liquid, cream, powder etc. fillers and is a fully automatic filling system. The system can deliver up to 2'000 fills per hour. At the same time the Z- 100 provides a consistent production quality that is unobtainable by use of a manual or a semi-automatic system. Even unstable vials/bottles can be filled by Z- 100 as the speed by which the vials/bottles are presented at the filling needle is fully adjustable. Furthermore, solutions can be designed to handle bottles with special shapes. Liquids can be filled automatically in volumes from 0.1 ml to 1000 ml (relevant is the maximum diameter of 90 mm). Cream can be filled in volumes from 1 ml to 1000 ml (relevant is the maximum diameter of 90 mm). A key element in Zellwags product line is the care taken to minimize production downtime and, at the same time, ensure clean or sterile production. Z100 is true to this concept. A bottle size change on the Z- 100 – Filler combination takes approximately 2 minutes, whereas a complete product and bottle size change can be completed in 5 minutes. The Z- 100 can be extended to fit a wide variety of production requirements. Z- 100, complete with filling head, in standard with a free programmable diving nozzle and used in conjunction with one of Zellwags crimp or screw capping machines, provides a simple and flexible mean of production, which can be either table top mounted, stand alone or placed inside a typical LAF cabinet. This combination carries a highly competitive price. The Z-100 is mainly made of stainless steel and anodised aluminium for cleanroom environments and it's outstanding performance and reliability is demonstrated by many installations.
the Z-100 filling machine with the ZCAP 20 capping machine can be operated by one (1) person. The output is the same as with two (2) persons in a semi-automatic system.
