Planova - TOTALLY BIOLOGICAL

We are setting new standards in the field of more biological film packaging with our innovative Planova films for flow packs. Planova bags are not only made from renewable, biological materials, they are also biodegradable, meaning that they can be industrially composted in accordance with the DIN standard EN 13432. This not only protects the environment and the climate, but also scores extra points with the consumer.
The new film consists of 100 percent PLA (polylactide) extracted from corn or sugar-  cane. PLA is already being used as a monofilm or in laminates, for example for salad packaging. Planova packaging solutions from SÜDPACK offer both advantages: very good barrier properties with regard to flavor and mineral oil, and at the same time very good vapor permeability. This makes it an ideal packaging material for fresh organic products such as salads, vegetables or fruits.
Planova film also focuses on design: it’s available as a pure PLA film but also as a version laminated with paper. Both solutions are easy to process and, most importantly, are completely open to all print and design possibilities – for an excellent impression all round at the point of sale.

Veraplex World - LESS IS MORE

To reduce packaging material, we combine the latest raw materials with innovative extrusion technology – without neglecting product safety. Our Veraplex films show excellent mechanical strengths. Thanks to the films being thinner, it means that more running metres fit onto a reel which means with less reel replacements you have better efficiency during the packaging process
