Link Loader LL335

Fully automatic loading of sausages in groups for the optimized packaging process made possible with link loader LL335

The VEMAG link loader LL335 is a complete, universally used grouping system for fresh sausages, which are loaded into trays in groups fully automatically and subsequently sent to the follow-up process.

Strong Performance for the Industry
The link loader LL335 has automatized the formerly labour-intensive process of sausage aligning and grouping. Pressure marks, resulting from handling the product, are effectively avoided by suspension of manual processing and piling up. The LL335 accurately loads sausages in collagen or alginate casings at a speed of up to 600 portions per minute, depending on the portion size. Faulty portions as well as the first and the last sausage of the batch get sorted out fail-safe in order to process flawless products exclusively. Therefore, using the same amount of raw material, the sausage quality and the packable amount improve.

Cleaning after the production end and product change happen quickly and easily, meeting the high standards of all VEMAG solutions. All parts can be hygienically cleaned, quickly and thoroughly, using customary detergents and low pressure.

Total Flexibility
The VEMAG cutting machine TM203 is connected directly to the LL335. The cutting machine builds an interface to all VEMAG length portioning devices of the LPG series and sends the produced sausages separately to the link loader. Attachments, e.g. FSL210 or alginate line CC215, also used to separate the products, can be directly connected to the machine.

The group size is freely adjustable on the neat graphic display. To match the group size, or specifically sausage length and calibre, the line can be equipped with every type of customary trays.

Cup Filling Line

The Cup Filling Unit by VEMAG– accurate, quick and reliable
For simple and weight-accurate portioning and dispensing of containers

The cup filling unit by VEMAG is a fully automatic line for a weight-accurate, multilane filling of viscous and paste-like masses into cups, trays or thermoformers. 

The cup filling unit consists of a VEMAG filling machine and a flow divider, with filling and dispensing heads adjusted individually to the product: A key success factor for the production. The dispensing heads close quickly and reliably thus preventing the bothersome dripping. The conveyor belts remain clean and guarantee optimum hygiene standards.

Accurately dispensed masses (almost) without limits
The double screws of a VEMAG filling machine transport the filling mass with utmost care from the infeed to the outlet of the machine. This way the system is perfectly suited to a vast field of application and different products. No limits are set to the portion size: the filling mass is dispensed flexibly, individually, and up to the very gram depending on the container size or the type of a thermoformed pouch.

The portioning is accurate, the seal-edges stay deliciously clean and the cup seams are sealed up reliably. For example, a 10-lane unit dispenses quickly and reliably up to 900 portions per minute.

Clean Matter 
The device is disassembled quickly, exposing every corner of the cup filling unit. Cleaning with low pressure and standard detergents is easy. All product-conducting parts consist of high-quality stainless steel and plastics, just like any other VEMAG machine.

Can Filling System FKFII

The Can Filling System FKFII by VEMAG – Sustainability counts!
A fully automatic device for precise and clean filling of jars and cans

Food safety and packaging sustainability are some of the central values for the consumers. Recyclable packaging, such as cans and jars, is more demanded than ever, experiencing a huge comeback. VEMAG with its can filling system FKFII presents a trendsetting way of an environment-friendly application. Moreover, the FKFII offers additional benefits: Paste-like and coarse products are dispensed precisely, reliably and quickly.

Weight-accurate Depositing
The FKFII in conjunction with a VEMAG filling machine form a perfect and complete depositing system. Whether paste-like, soft or coarse products, from pork knuckle to pet food: the volume-based filling masses are identical and all products are gently filled, sinewy goods are precisely cut and the portions are separated up to the gram – typically VEMAG. 

The filling speed is adjusted by means of a large, intuitively operated graphic display, enabling a continuous filling of up to 120 receptacles per minute and, thus, meeting industrial requirements.

The great portioning performance allows the can filling machine to be highly economical and to optimise the production capacities.

The integrated infeed and output conveyor belts guarantee continuous supply of receptacles to the filling station and assist the transfer onto the sealing machine.

Reliable Portioning: Thanks to the Filling Head with a Ball Lock and a Rotating Knife
The defined volume mass is guaranteed by means of a ball valve. A simultaneous rotation of the filling head, supported by an additional ring knife, enables perfect separation of the portions: the weights are accurate, the cans and jars are filled perfectly, and the container edges stay hygienically clean.

Excess weight as well as underweight is efficiently avoided, the giveaway is reliably reduced, allowing perfect yields, ensuring more sold product based on the same amount of raw materials.

Cans with a diameter of up to 99 mm and a height of up to 145 mm are lifted up by the can filling machine until the can bottom is placed directly under the filling head. The can gets lowered while being filled, guaranteeing a perfect and air-free filling pattern. The maximum filling volume per can is 1.200ml. 

Just like any other VEMAG machine or attachment, the FKFII is designed to deliver optimum hygiene. Each product-conducting part can be quickly dismantled for a product change or the daily cleaning routine. The entire system can be cleaned with low pressure and standard detergents.

This VEMAG solution helps the customer to achieve the essential: Products are continuously sent into packaging with great care. Thereby the manufacturing of the product and its quality remain the main priority, and peripheral systems, that provide packaging materials, have to function efficiently and reliably.

Reliable Feeding Technology for Any Customer Need
Any customer, whose focus is set on the essential problem of optimising the production process and improving product quality as well as achieving a fully atomised denesting, may find its perfect assistant in the denester FD316. The FD316 offers a vast spectrum of flexibility and provides a quick and absolutely reliable separation and denesting for any type of trays in a stack, whether made of plastic, foam, aluminium etc.

Application of individual and flexible formats and packages is supported by a quick and tool-free change of the denester cassettes. The denester cassettes can be used in conjunction with any VEMAG loading line, when required.

The FD316 presents itself at its best as a stand-alone solution providing tray supply for a cutlet cutter. Both manual and automatic denesting are possible with the machine.

Easy Handling by means of a Control Panel and an Indicator Light
Speed and operating modes, whether manual or automatic, are managed through the control panel. One may also generate and save production programmes with the system. Help texts and visual failure notifications (indicator lights) make the FD316 extremely user-friendly – troubleshooting is quick and downtimes are reduced.

An optional buffer conveyor can handle several tray stacks and facilitates the automatic transportation of the stacks into the cassette.

The conveyor speed is adjustable thus keeping the automatic lines in continuous operation longer, minimizing the unwanted risks of downtime, increasing productivity and relieving the operating personnel.

 The FD316 processes up to 160 trays per minute by tray width of 135-270mm, tray length of 135-325mm as well as tray height of 10-100mm.

Precise and reliable positioning of grouped products into packaging systems with the VEMAG Multiloader series MLR380/382 and MLL381/383

Multiloaders are used for single-lane supplied multi-lane depositing into packaging machines.  Depending on the model, the products can be placed in various layouts: side by side, overlapped or stacked. The multiloader offers extremely high transfer rates with utmost precision. Additionally, the systems can be easily integrated into existing production lines: they come as a right (MLR) or a left (MLL) version.

Whether bakery specialties such as marzipan loaves, cookies or energy bars, ground and formed products, such as minced meat or veggie burgers, or convenience products such as adana kofte and many more – the VEMAG multiloaders place grouped products precisely and reliably into trays and thermoformers, making them a perfect addition to the numerous VEMAG attachments as well as other VEMAG single-lane production lines. The easy extension of the existing production line allows for a quick and flexible reaction to changing market requirements which ultimately secures the vital competitive edge of the manufacturer.

Simple operation – precise positioning
The perfectly portioned products are precisely positioned on the height-adjustable lateral discharge conveyor belt for downstream packaging via a shuttle conveyor. The lateral discharge conveyor belt is firmly attached to the shuttle conveyor, guaranteeing constant and precise positioning into the packaging. The drop height of the transported goods can be reduced to a minimum of 35 mm which ensures optimum stability of the end product. The multiloaders process products of up to 105 mm in height in regular mode and up to 120 mm in stack mode.

The discharge pattern can be adjusted flexibly and individually for every application via an integrated display. All discharge patterns are stored in the control system and instantly available to the operator.

Typical for VEMAG: optimum hygiene
Just like any other VEMAG machine, the multiloaders may be cleaned with low-pressure equipment and are easy to maintain: the body of the machine is made of stainless steel and a gearbox protects all mechanical drive elements.

All in all, the multiloaders MLR380/382 and MLL381/383 are the perfect partner for an optimised portioning and packaging process and therefore part of to the versatile VEMAG Portion2Pack program.

Vacuum Filling Machines – The Key to Success
The company named Holz- und Gerätebaugesellschaft mbH was founded in Verden in 1944 during the last turbulent post-war years, and, in 1950 rebranded into VEMAG Verdener Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH. The producer of diverse investment and consumable products, such as church clocks and honey separators, has emerged into an innovation leader for vacuum technology and a globally active company.
