Impel Services P Ltd is part of the Welbound group – a leading supplier of machines and solutions in South Asia. With the technical support of OEM partners like Nordson and Henkel we manufacture case sealing machines with multiple sealing technologies for markets requiring inline automation, flexibility and assurance of transit protection.

Impel manufactures case sealing and packing machines under the brand of STELDA® (acronym for Security Tamper Evidence and Low Damages in Transit). The current portfolio includes Preset and Random case sealers with options of Hot melt glue, Cold Glue and self-adhesive tapes. Case Erectors and Case Packers also come from the STELDA® family of machines. STELDA AR 500 is probably the most versatile and valuable case sealer available that stands out for its high end automation features made available with simple and robust engineering. Our machines can support remote real time monitoring of the operations. As corporate members of OMAC and being part of OMAC technical advisory board, we look forward to work closely with others for development of guidelines for machine automation.

Impel is based in India which is the fastest growing market for packaging. In India, supply chain logistics are highly demanding – and the brands are faced with damages, spoilage and pilferage in transit. Our vision is to work closely with partners and various stake holders to address these challenges.

In Interpack 2017, we will be displaying our automatic, all random STELDA AR500 Case sealer with multiple sealing options. We also look forward to seek partnerships with global technology leaders to leverage on our strong sales & service network in India. We will also initiate discussions with our prospective distribution partners from around the world.
