Pickfeeder series - robotic bottle unscramblers
Even though are many the features of the new robotic positioner, the most outstanding and remarkable ones are:

The new Pickfeeder provides all the required advantages to optimize to the maximum the production in the lines. Above all, what we are more proud of is that the stoppages and adjustments for changing the format have finished. The big versatility and simplicity of the usage, allows the client to program the new formats easily and rapidly. And, especially without the need of turning to the supplier.

InLine series- mechanical bottle unscramblers
The bottle unscrambling machines and systems of the in-Line series are fully intuitive and have excellent ergonomics thanks to the full accessibility and visibility of all of their components.
The initial optimization study of the format elements, the easy access to the different units, and the lightness of these components, allow for the operator to perform rapid format changes. The entire format change process can be completed without using any kind of tools, all the handling is manual, simple and manageable by any operator.
And, with the objective of responding to projects that require high production speeds, we have designed and patented the “double-track” concept or high-speed feeding for the in-Line bottle unscramblers.
All the bottle sorting systems can be easily fitted with additional functions thanks to our complementary modules, among others: cleaning, coding, traceability or orientation systems. These modules are compatible with each other, providing efficient solutions to the different requirements of each production line.
