Description
The "One-Shot” dosing machine allows to realize delicious chocolate pralines and filled products in just a single operation. Thanks to the exclusive One Shot technology, the dosage of chocolate for the shell and the dosage of chocolate (cream, caramel or any other suitable filling) for the filling are simultaneous. That means a deep and objective saving of costs and time. Moreover, a graphic interfaced state-of-the-art software allows an intuitive knowledge for an easy operation use of the machine, which is equipped with a specific recipes menu in order to choose the product to obtain. The materials used, such as anodized hardened aluminium and stainless steel, are high quality materials. Every part of the machine is easily and fast to remove in order to be washed in dishwasher machine and to minimize the time required for the change of production. Even the heating red silicon removable resistances, which can be affixed to the two hoppers to maintain the temperature of chocolate and of other selected fillings, are easily to remove for the cleaning operations.

Description
Automatic, continuous operation tempering machine from melting by bain-marie to tempering by cooling gas with refrigerant compressor. The bowl capacity, which is equipped with a mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid and even and made of stainless steel AISI304, is 10 kg. The extractable auger allows a fast and deep cleaning of the machine for switching swiftly from processing one type of chocolate to another. High precision probes control all temperatures through a specific circuit board. The tempering machine is complete with a heated vibrating table and a flow-stopping pedal for the dosing of the desired quantity of product.

Cooling tunnel TR300, TR400, TR600

Description

The cooling tunnel are used to obtain a perfect drying of enrobed products. The cooling process is performed by a cooled air loop controlled by an electronic board. They are available in different lengths, according to the user’s needs. An independent and thermo-regulated cooling unit is placed every 6 meters along the tunnel, so that different temperatures can be set. The belt width is 300 mm for the TR300 model with a maximum height of product of 70 mm and the possibility to have an higher one upon request, for the TR400 model the belt width is 430 mm with a maximum height of product of 70 mm and the possibility to have an higher one upon request, whereas for the TR600 model the belt width is 630 mm with a maximum height of product of 70 mm and the possibility to have an higher one upon request. The cooling tunnel belt feed speed is adjustable according to the lenght of the tunnel.

Description
Dosing-filling machine perfect to be used in pastry shops to fill croissants, doughnuts, cream puffs and horns, etc. with products of a semi-liquid consistency such as creams, jams and sauces. Standard equipment includes 4 injection nozzles (one featuring a double spout), all provided with a drip-stop valve. Dosage can be adjusted mechanically from 0 up to 96 cc while an electronic system via a keypad regulates the number of dosing cycles to be performed. Designed for thermo-regulated connection to a heated hopper. The dosing unit can be easily removed for a fast and deep cleaning.

Description

A wire-mesh belt is supplied with the machine by obtaining an enrobing system complete also with dispenser, blower, wire-mesh belt beater and tail-cutting device. The enrobing wire-mesh belt has a working width of 400 mm and it is composed of two parts. The first one is the loading one and the second one carries the product into the coating chamber. Under the wire-mesh is positioned a stainless steel bowl equipped with feed roller and scraper for covering the bottom of the product. The extractable auger allows a fast and deep cleaning of the machine for switching swiftly from processing one type of chocolate to another. High precision probes control all temperatures through a specific circuit board. The machine is equipped with a flow-stopping pedal for the dosing of the desired quantity of product and an automatic starting timer. Moreover it is possible to add a vibrating table, useful accessory for the preparation of chocolate pralines, Eastern eggs and all hollow shapes. Moreover the chocolate flow is adjustable.
