WG Woven Wire Conveyor Belts
Closed Mesh Woven Wire Belts for Food Processing or Industrial Applications. WG belts are of balanced weave construction, and are manufactured with alternating right- and left-hand spirals joined by crimped connectors. They also have welded edges, are friction driven by terminal drums and can be manufactured with spirals produced from either round or flattened wire. Our WG series belts have many more connector rods and spirals per length of belt. This construction provides a closed mesh surface that is extremely strong, flat and supportive.
The Stainless Steel Belt for High Capacity, High Tension Spiral Systems. Stainless Steel, "Mega" Capacity Construction. Like all Omni-Flex® conveyor belts, Mega-Flex 125 components are precision-crafted from premium quality stainless steel to exacting standards. The finish is smooth and burr free for easy clean-up and excellent sanitary and hygienic properties. However, the stronger construction of the Mega-Flex 125 belt dramatically increases your system carrying capacity by 33% over standard Omni-Flex belting. The maximum width of 54" and tension rating of 500 lbs extends the use of spirals into new applications and markets where spiral belts could not be used until now.
EASY RETROFIT AND LESS MAINTENANCE The 2.2 turn radius of the Mega-Flex 125 belt makes it easy to convert from a standard Omni-Flex system design, both in the field and at the new system design stage. At the same time, the superior strength of the Mega-Flex 125 belt makes it an attractive choice in upgrading existing conveyor systems that are overloaded or over tensioned.
