The BVT Bakery Services Tin bread line is specially designed to produce tin bread with different kinds of toppings. The bread line works with a fully automatic depanning system. The BVT bread line is a.o. executed with automatic baking tin storage, proofers, in- outfeed of ovens, depanners, cooling spirals and robotic crate handling for packaging.
For the production of ciabatta we offer you our sheeting lines in a stress free execution which can handle doughs with up to 80% of water. We produce an endless sheet of dough, cut the dough in strips, spread the strips and cut the various shapes required. In this way we can produce any size in any capacity.
For the production of baguettes we also use our sheeting systems, producing again an endless band of dough, cutting this band of dough in rectangular pieces and rolling up these pieces with a special baguette rolling system. Of course this system allows a great choice of sizes being made, just by changing units.

Our system is simplified as much as possible. It is an inline process which can be used separately or incorporated in a multipurpose production line.
Apart form die cutting and positioning the triangles the way of curling is very often specific for different types of croissants. Also the shapes of the final products can be specific for various producers. We gathered in the cause of so many years the know-how of each specific requirement. Finally we can take care of positioning the croissants automatically on trays or on the oven band.

Next, the donuts are cut out with a special guided cutting-unit. After removing the return dough and any remaining flour, the donuts continue automatically onto the proofer.
A special loading station, developed by BVT, places the products correctly in a straight row in the proofer. This ensures that the product is proofed within the predetermined proving time and perfect climate conditions. The balanced "climate-system" grants an optimal air distribution.
The donut line of BVT gives a lot of extra value to the end product because of the special care it puts into the dough structure. This careful treatment leads to less fat absorption of the donuts. With this donut line BVT offers the client also flexibility. With minor alterations different shapes donuts and other products can be produced. Besides that, the open construction ensures optimum maintenance and cleaning convenience. Based on the standard size donut, BVT offers the complete process as a turn-key solution.
