ILPRA Tray sealers machines
Ilpra traysealers allow to pack and seal the product in preformed trays (in PS, PP, APET, CPET, Aluminium and Laminated Carton) by sealing, vacuum, in protective atmosphere or skin.
Heat-sealed preformed trays are ideal for packaging a wide variety of food, non-food and medical products. The models of the Foodpack line meet both the needs of small and medium productions and high productivity requirements for automatic lines.
Depending on the type of traysealer, needs and production volumes required, Ilpra provides the most suitable standard solution or studies and customises an ad hoc solution for the customer.

The Fill Seal line includes a wide range of models: In-Line and Rotary.
Fill Seal In-line are fully automatic in-line fillers/welders able to work on several tracks (min. 2 max. 8/10) depending on the size of the container and the production capacity required.
Fill Seal In-Line models are extremely reliable, precise in dosing, fast in the work cycle and very versatile. They can be completely customized according to the customer's requests.
In addition to the In-Line FS, ILPRA offers a complete range of Rotary Fill Seals. These are filling and welding machines able to satisfy medium and high production capacities and designed to work on rotary tables.

ILPRA semi-automatic Traysealers
ILPRA semi-automatic and small size traysealers are characterized by extreme ease of use and they are the ideal food packaging solution for companies and activities with space problems or for those who decide to start a new production with a low investment.
These models allow you to work in sealing only, vacuum packaging and in modified atmosphere packaging. They can also work in with skin application. They are equipped with E-Mec ILPRA Technology. The E-Mec technology allows for higher speed and productivity and limits mechanical stress on components. It also reduces pneumatic consumption and limits noise emissions, to the benefit of those working on the machine.

ILPRA FITPACK
ILPRA's latest technology is the FITPACK application, generated by the demands for sustainability and lower energy consumption increasingly sought after in the packaging sector.
Faithfully reproducing the aesthetics of SKIN packaging, the FITPACK application uses a standard thermoforming material, with the possibility of packaging any type of product that has a constant shape and size, such as hamburgers, slices of cheese and other calibrated products.
The FITPACK system allows vacuum packaging inside a customised container; the sealing support is made up of a printed cardboard which, once separated from the plastic layer, becomes 100% recyclable. The many advantages of this application include a lower use of material, 30% less than the application in SKIN, and a lower cost as regards the packaging itself, given the standardized use of forming material.
A machine capable of packaging in FITPACK mode is highly versatile, as it can also work with plastic sealing films in standard mode.
