T-shirt Bags

”T-shirt” Bags (also known as Vest Style Carrier Bags) are a very common type of shopping bag because their load capacity is high while the bags themselves are inexpensive. They are most often used for groceries and other fast-moving consumer goods.
Larger T-shirt style bags are used for household garbage because they’re strong and help reduce pollution.

These bags are manufactured mainly using HDPE with a thickness from 10 to 25 μm, but may also be made from Degralen or D2W, MDPE, Flexoseal, LDPE, Re-LDPE (recycled) or Ecomater(biodegradable).

They can be made in a wide range of sizes, all of which are available with high resolution flexo - printing.

Die Cut Bags

Patch Handle Bags

These bags have a reinforcing patch glued to the handle area. They are suitable for clothes, shoes, gifts, documents, and more.
They are made of LDPE, MDPE, Degralen or D2W or Ecomater. They can have a bottom gusset and/or a coupon with a printed serial number.

For smaller quantities, the reinforcement piece is welded thermally while for bigger orders, via hot-melt adhesive.

Extrapack OOD is a leading Bulgarian manufacturer of bags and packaging

The company EXTRAPACK OOD was established in 1995 by five young and enterprising Bulgarians with the goal of becoming the best manufacturer of bags and packaging in Bulgaria. They have since become leaders in the Bulgarian packaging industry but still strive today to continually improve quality and enrich the EXTRAPACK OOD product portfolio.

Since its inception, Extrapack has repeatedly increased production capacity and expanded its distribution network among all major Bulgarian cities. The company continues to reinvest the main portion of its profits into qualified staff and high-tech equipment.

Extrapack built and began operation at its first modern factory, in Spring of 2001. It is located in the western industrial zone of the town of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.
