The Paraflex™ portfolio of waxes and hot melts consists of gloss and heat seal waxes for paper converting, laminating waxes for paper, aluminium and film complexes and heat seal hot melts for a wide array of applications in paper, film and foil converting.
Our complementary Paraflex Nowax™ range offers equivalent functionality to the standard mineral wax range but using natural, bio-based waxes. Vegetable wax-based coatings for paper provide a sustainable barrier solution suitable for use in a wide range of packaging applications. The waxes themselves are based on renewable green carbon and, in combination with appropriate base papers, are fully recyclable and biodegradable.
Typical application areas for our Paraflex coating waxes are bandelole in-mould labelling, confectionery twist and fold wrap, cheese, meat and bread wrappers and fast-food wrappers.
The products are produced at in an FSSC 22000 food safe manufacturing environment.
