The complete, fully equipped, lines for producing the baguette are sought after by the customers these days thanks to their efficiency in production above all, to savings in the production costs and to high reliability, and thus then also to low demand for servicing.

Biscuits lines

Production line for making pastries, cookies, biscuits enables baking a large volume of assortment in one line, we advise you to consult all your demand with our experts.

When in change of assortment range, it is sufficient to adjust and rearrange forming and packing machinery and practically you can change over to another type of the product. 

Complete standard line consists of the following equipment:

  • flour silos,
  • mixing plant with flour, water and ingredients dosing,
  • forming device with extruder, or shaping roller,
  • device for sprinkling,
  • baking band oven,
  • dipping and glazing equipment,
  • cooling and transport conveyors,
  • packing machine.
The whole line can be seen in our daughter´s company „Perník s.r.o.“. Thanks to good cooperation with other producers of production facilities you can view here most of the used technologies of these days, such as string and pressing-out forming devices, hybrid or cyclotherm oven controlled by PLC, and the latest fully automated robotic Workstation for reloading baked pastry pieces from cooling conveyor to package machine.

Pizza lines

Production lines for producing pizza have achieved great progress in technology recently. With regard to demand, type of the particular production and the selected equipment it is possible to supply semi-automated lines as well as fully fitted up lines for pizza, which make possible the continual automated operation.

Complete standard line consists of the following equipment:

  • flour silos,
  • mixing centre with flour, water and ingredients dosing,
  • dough divider,
  • dough transport device,
  • moulder of dough pieces,
  • proofer loading equipment,
  • proofer,
  • forming device,
  • tomato base spreader,
  • oven loading equipment,
  • baking band oven,
  • cooling and transport conveyors,
  • packing machine of the finished products.
For baking traditional pizza it can be chosen the band of the baking oven made of natural granite stone. As an alternative we recommend to use steel plates (in the same dimensions as granite plates), or metal (louvers) bands. High ability for heat accumulation of these bands results in perfect well baking of dough within a short time. Unique solution of pre-heating of the oven band at infeed of the oven makes possible to reach the requested temperature at once.

The company J4 s.r.o. was established in 1994 by the experts with almost 30-years of experience in the field of development and production of baking tunnel ovens. The company started with the production of individual baking ovens and progressively it worked its way up to the supply of the whole bakery and confectionary lines that meet all the requirements of craft and industrial production.

Within a short time of its existence the company J4 s.r.o. has become a leading player on European markets and the markets in the Middle East and Far East and it was achieved first and foremost by own development and by careful monitoring of quality in the production.  At the present the company supplies baking equipment to Northern and Southern America, Africa, Europe and Asia.
