Automatic Wafer Stick Machine

The Automatic Wafer Stick Machine as the main unit in Wafer Stick Production has main function to process Baking, Rolling, Filling, and Cutting in one single automatic process.

Sanco Indonesia always plays as the key player in innovating and improving the technology in Wafer Stick Machinery. All of the Motors in our machine are using Germany’s Brand “NORD” which guarantee the strong performance and long durability.

In our electricity system is using Japan’s Brand “MITSUBISHI”, well-known as the “Worldwide” Brand which giving the most updated technology and responsive electrical support for our mechanical system during production process.

Currently we have 3 types of Wafer Stick Machine with different capacity:

Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 2 Ribbon, capacity 180 – 200 pcs/minute
Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 3 Ribbon, capacity 270 – 300 pcs/minute
Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 4 Ribbon, capacity 360 – 400 pcs/minute

Ball Mill Machine KBM 500

Ball Mill Machine has main function to make the cream for “filling” wafers by grinding all the raw materials inside the main tank. This machine can be applied to make the Chocolate Cream or Vanilla Cream with product volume capacity 500 Kgs.

The main motor of Ball Mill Machine is using Germany’s Brand “NORD” which guarantee the strong performance during the grinding process supported by 400 Kgs “Steel Balls” inside the tank that ensures smooth product result.

Currently, we are in advance in improving our Ball Mill Machine by using “Stainless Steel” material in the circulation process in order to maintain the quality of the product in the best condition.

Turbo Mixer KTM – 90 SM

Turbo Mixer Machine has main function to make dough for Wafer Skin by mixing all raw materials. This machine has Product Volume for 90 Kgs and the main Motor is using Germany’s Brand “NORD” which guarantee the strong performance in mixing process.
