Spinning Machines for Chocolate Hollow Subjects

To better satisfy our customers’ requests, we also offer a series of Spinning Machines for the realization of hollow chocolate subjects.
To simplify and speed up growing companies thanks to technological innovation, we have realized three different kind of spinning machines with different load capacity:

  • The small MINI ROTATIVA 50 equipped with 2 arms is able to work up to 0,75 KG of chocolate in each arm and it has been studied for smaller laboratories with a small space.
  • The MINI ROTATIVA 100 is equipped with 4 arms, with a maximum capacity of 1 KG per each arm.
  • The MAXI ROTATIVA 200 equipped with 8 arms allows to work with 6 KG of chocolate per arm, it has been studied for companies with a bigger production.

Molds for chocolate

From more than 50 years we realize a big range of molds for chocolate working: from pralines to tablets or hollow subjects, we strive every day with passion to realize our customers ideas, who rely on our technicians and designers experience for the creation of irresistible chocolates with a sophisticated design.

Our collaborators are real artists in transforming a simple sketch in a smiling rabbit or in a funny Santa Claus and their expert hands do not leave out any detail so that each product results a small masterpiece.

We are not only attentive to products design, but we also take care about the development of the complete mold that will work on the lines of our customers.

Further to classical molds for chocolates with sizes 275×135,275×175 or 275×205, our company is able to develop different kinds of molds for each kind of molding lines: classical molding lines, one-shot, cold press/frozen cone, transfer sheet, double molds with retractile pins and/or magnets, skeleton molds, book molds for spinning machines, port molds frames, demolding plates and much more.

Born in 1966, our company celebrates this year 53 years of activity. Every day we dedicate ourselves to satisfy our customer exigencies, putting commitment and passion even in the smallest details.

We recognize the importance of always being in step with the latest innovations and, for this reason, our company invests every year in the purchase of new machines that make possible the realization of all types of molds requested by our customers.

Another important point of our company policy is the safeguard of the environment: for this reason, we have been producing and using clean energy for many years. The current average production is of 1500 KW per day.

Today Cabrellon Srl is developed on 8500 m2 of covered area and a machinery pool of 11 injection molding machines and a staff of 70 employees.
