Nastrosac 130 DUO

Specialized line for the production in 1 or 2 Tracks of Draw-Tape Bags wound on a roll and pre-cut for tearing.

In the same machine it will be possible to produce Bottom Welded Bags or Side Seal Bags without Tape for working on 1 or 2 tracks

Packing: in rolls with paper tape

N.2 Ribbon insertion groups with fold/edge Patented Mobert and  continuous welding with thermo regulated hot air. NASTROSAC welding machine with Brushless motors running on an integrated system. The main construction characteristics of the welding machine unified with those of the Roller 110E series. N.2 motorized Monofolding devices.

The new line is completed with a new winder with 8 mandrels able to provide up to 20 changes per minute at a maximum speed of 250 cycles per minute.

Stabilized welding bar with Double Ni-Cr strips; Welding bar temperature of about 30 - 40 °C

Auxiliary welding for Draw-String reinforcement, with independent regulation of the temperature.

Cooling with closed circuit liquid; Autonomous heat – exchanger.

Continuous sealing system with film movement at  constant speed.                

Pre-cut knurling group with rapid adjustment system according to the thickness and type of material incorporated in the sealing group.

The MPP pouch machine is able to produce a pouch with central fin welding starting from a single roll.

MPP 600 BP-S - Roto Medical

AUTOMATIC LINE FOR FLAT AND GUSSETED HEAT SEALED TUBULAR ROLLS FOR STERILIZATION

Line designed for medical market available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm working width.

High quality components ensure maximum precision and reliability.

It is possible to use different types of materials, with or without print, including: medical paper, Tyvek® (coated and uncoated), PET/PE, PA/PE, PE/PE.

Starting from 2 reels, the medical line can produce pouches or rolls: flat on multiple tracks or gusseted up to a maximum of 4 tracks. The use of longitudinal and transversal sealing bars moved by servomotors, ensures a proper heat-sealing of “Headerbags”.

The use of a welding plate moved by servo motors guarantees a correct sealing of “Chevron“ pouches.

The PATENTED system with independent welding wheels (up to 18 wheels), guarantee a continuous heat-sealing, ensuring a perfect peelability of each individual track, on the whole length of the roll.

Company details

Mobert dates back to the year 1959, when the construction of complex mechanical plants such as systems to recover old caustic soda, rolling mill parts and so forth, began. Mobert decided to produce plastic film Welders towards the middle of the ‘60’s. 

Right from the start, the strategy was to differ from the competitors by designing a machine that was easy to manufacture and able to obtain various types of product without any particular adjustments being required. The company obtained a first Patent for the Welding machine known as "Victory 40" featuring an innovative welding bar.

The validity of these initial constructional options was confirmed by the fact that many models of these first Mobert machines are still operating in our customers’ plants.

Another strategy that has distinguished Mobert policy right from the start was our desire to develop machinery in compliance with the customers’ demands, being in advance of a trend that was to have later influenced the entire sector.This decision stemmed from the remarkable planning abilities that allowed our company to produce different machine models and modular lines complete with optional components of various types. Mobert moved to the current plant of Via Buonarroti 2 in 1986.When it came to technological development in the field of Welding machines, Mobert was committed to the creation of new units, especially for the production of bag rolls, where the bags can be torn off individually as required. Particular attention was paid to automatic product packaging processes prior to the welding machines. Development of specific equipment in this field has made use of Mobert machines particular simple, efficient and well able to optimize the price/performances ratio in a very competitive sector such as that of plastic bags.
