We will wrap your products in pre-formed aluminium foil, whether they are surprise eggs, Easter bunnies or Santa Clauses, delicate, dark, sugar-sweet, crunchy, caramelly or creatively contoured. The shape can be nearly any geometry. A rotational symmetry is not necessary.

The closure is produced mechanically (MC version) by folding the packaging edges or by sealing (TC variant). A combination of different closure types is also possible. The models MCR and TCR have an additional loading robot which is integrated in the machine control.

For extensive packaging tasks we provide the engineering and integration into your system layout. With the 400 series, we offer packaging performances that are unique on the world market.

Furthermore, we focus on the use of a wide variety of recyclable packaging materials, such as paper or cardboard. We’re capable of producing these directly in the machine, which helps you reduce purchasing and logistical costs in your company.

And what else can we do? We twist, we wrap, we fold, we crimp, we seal, we turn. Our product portfolio contains expertise and experience for the highest demands. With our universal LEKO-LUP packaging machine, for example, you are particularly flexible in your application and can realize a twist fold as well as a double twist fold. In addition, it is also possible to implement a bottom fold, face fold, thread binding, chocolate bars and many other special folds.

And in case you have a very special request at this point: We also develop individual customized machines.
