For your special pastry aroma AromaStück®: thermally produced pre-dough. Enables swelling and digesting of grain products and / or seeds. Production of the soaker with DIOStart aroma (aroma starter) and cereal painting products (TA ≥300 recommended). Special feature: formation of maltose and various aroma precursors.
