Description Spiral Mixers and Spiral Mixers with double mixing tool and with a bottom discharge system Mixer with a bottom discharge system. The dough is unloaded onto a conveyor belt or into a moveable bowl. The mixing system may entail either a MD-Line spiral or dual tool (MDW-Line). This compact system features two or more series of mixers that feed the dough directly into the production lines, while an optional extension offers a system for letting the dough rest. The machine was designed with special attention paid to various aspects of hygiene and functionality. In particular, the cleaning of the bowl closing cap was a priority. The bowl transmission guarantees constant rpm to improve the quality of the dough. The same transmission was conceived to last longer and requires less maintenance compared to the classic clutch wheel transmissions used in this sector. The mixer is available with a series of optional accessories, like the Vario Drive System (VDS), which allows the user to regulate the speed of both the mixing tool and the bowl.

Description Planetary Mixer with double tool and remo-vable bowl for the production of dough for semi-industrial and industrial pastries: airy texture creams, plum cakes, short pastry, almond paste, sponge cake, deposited and extruded biscuits, baked goods in general.
PM-D Line Independent tool movement with individual speed regulation and the possibility to invert movement (VDS - Vario Drive System). This allows the creation of mixing geometries and flows that homogenize and improve dough quality. Bowl rotation with adjustable speed and the possibility to invert rotation.
PM-DB Line Movement of tools with classic planetary rotation, “Bridge” metal structure, the machine can stir the mixture with positive/negative pressure, the machinery is OIL FREE. This feature improves hygiene and reduces machine maintenance. Our mixer can be supplied with a complete range of tools for different uses and doughs / injection of hot air (to help dissolve certain ingredients) and cold air / hopper for loading ingredients /automatic ingredient loading system / flanged opening on tool cup /touch-screen and recipe memorization as standard equipment / CIP washing system.
Escher Mixers was founded in 2000 following more than three decades of experience in the bakery industry.
