A NEW high rate RotaTherm® continuous cooking system is available. The DSI 40 RotaTherm® offers fast even heating of the product in 15-20 sec; the flexibility to adjust and control the processing conditions for each product; and all this from a small footprint (2 x 3m) at 14,000kg per hour.  That is a massive 336 tonne of product a DAY. It can run for 3 days so that means only 1 clean for every 1000 tonne (1 million kilograms) of product.

This high rate RotaTherm® has 40 direct steam injectors on a single cooking column.  This system is an expansion of Gold Peg’s market proven direct steam injection RotaTherm® technology known for fast and flexible superior heating capability.

A sauce manufacturer recently chose the DSI 40 RotaTherm® because it gave their products an obviously fresher and cleaner taste and mouth feel across their extensive 40+ product range.  They said the RotaTherm made their products more ‘flavoursome’!

The Natec FreePack® 1000 machine produces individually-wrapped processed cheese slices (IWS) using a continuously operating production method. Wrapping is performed without risk of recontamination using the hot-fill system. The PP foil used is environmentally friendly and recyclable. Exact sealing ensures the product to be securely wrapped and sealed. The individually-wrapped slices are easy to open.
