SERVO SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE (MODEL: F-150G)
The Servo machine model F-150G, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. It is driven by servo motors and supplied the solution for mass production with 6 RPM. Filling volume is controlled by servo motor and setting the volume on touch screen. And each die rolls are rotated and arranged (zero point) by servo motors. It is provided production management and PLC control with a touch screen monitor.

SEAMLESS CAPSULE MACHINE FOR R&D
Seamless capsules, a type of soft capsule, are made by utilizing the quality of interfacial tension of liquid. The shape can only be in a sphere, due to manufacturing methods, but literally, a “seamless” capsule can be made. There are qualities such as containing the active ingredients until immediately before use and preventing the smell of the liquid content to leak out. Further, comparing with other kinds of capsules, there are plenty of materials to make the capsule out of (Gelatin, Agar and Vegetable material) to fit the various needs of our customers in many fields.

INNER SELF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HUMIDITY & TEMPERATURE MACHINE (MODEL: GENESYS NH-015)
The Inner self control system for humidity and temperature machine model Genesys NH-015, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. This machine is designed enclosing type machine with special enclosing type tumble dryer. Small air conditioner will be directly connected to main machine and tumble dryer for control humidity & temperature inside equipment for saving the cost. And air blower for transferring soft capsule to tumble dryer is built-in type for reducing the noise. It is provided production management and PLC control with a touch screen monitor.

SAFETY COVER TYPE SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE (MODEL: T-150S)
The safety cover type machine model T-150S, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. This machine is designed for operator’s safety. The ribbon thickness checker is installed on guide roller and thickness is controlled by servo in spreader box. And air shower system is installed on transferring conveyor for reducing the oil on soft capsule surface. It is provided production management and PLC control with a touch screen monitor.
