ROTARY MOULDING MACHINE INDUSTRIAL
Rotary moulding machine for soft biscuits. The very robust structure and the wide variety of usable doughs make it suitable for a wide range of biscuits productions. It can be equipped with independent motorization for each roller (mould roller, feed roller and rubber roller) to provide maximum flexibility of adjustment. Tensioning and centering of the belt are completely automatic. An easy and intuitive touch-screen control panel allows you to handle your machine quickly and easily.

HARD BISCUITS LINES - INDUSTRIAL
Lamination lines for hard biscuits and crackers. The line can be configured depending on the productivity requirements, the type of product, the available space. Each unit is perfectly integrated with each other. It is possible to add a sheeter device to obtain multi-layered products (crackers), various surface decoration accessories (salt sprinklers, washover unit, etc.). Lamination can also be manufactured vertically in order to save space. The rotary cutting machine can be supplied with 1 or 2 cylinders for maximum control and precision printing.

CO-EXTRUDERS INDUSTRIAL
Machine for the production of co-extruded biscuits of various shapes and sizes, filled with cream or marmalade (soft center). It is also possible to produce two-color biscuits, wire cut cookies, extruded cookies continuously with guillotine cutting before or after baking. Great care in the design in order to facilitate the cleaning and the mould change. The wide range of accessories allows the production of a wide range of products.

COMPACT LINES: RDZ MODEL
Mini-line ideal for producing a great variety of soft garnished biscuits. This line is composed of rotary moulding head, washover device, sugar and/or nuts sprinkler.
Occupying a very reduced space, this line allows to produce a relevant quantity of products on trays to be baked at a later stage in rotor ovens.
