ASB-50MB
The ASB-50MB is a 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine, capable of producing containers directly from resin. Originally conceived as a low-cost entry machine for developing countries, this fully automatic machine has rapidly become one of our best sellers, even in many highly developed markets. In accordance with customer requirements, the specifications have been continually upgraded giving improved versatility and productivity. Over 2,000 units have now been delivered by our overseas factory in the machine's first nine years of production.

ASB-15N/10E
All-electric type. Compact, versatile + environment friendly.
In addition to the excellent versatility and reliability of the ASB Series, the ASB-15N/10E is the first and only all-electric 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine in the world. With its clean and remarkably quiet operation, it is ideally suited to mold containers for medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs. In addition, it has extremely low power consumption which reduces production costs and helps to protect the environment.
In addition to the excellent versatility and reliability of the ASB Series, the ASB-15N/10E is the first and only all-electric 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine in the world. With its clean and remarkably quiet operation, it is ideally suited to mold containers for medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs. ASB-70DPH
The ASB series are 1-step stretch molding machines with excellent molding flexibility supplying the greatest cost efficiency for their users. The ASB-70DP model range can trace its origins back to 1986 and with continual improvements now exists as the ASB-70DPH v4 and ASB-70DPW v4. Compact, flexible and efficient, the ASB-70DP series are the best selling machines in their class with over 1,700 units having been delivered to our customers all around the world.

ASB-70DPW
The ASB-70DP Series are mid-sized one-step injection stretch blow molding machines offering a perfect balance of productivity & flexibility that are available in two main variants, the “H” and the “W” model. Both models share a common overall size and structure, that contributes to simplified factory layout, faster operator training and reduced cost of maintenance. Whereas the “H” model provides extremely wide versatility for bottles and large mouth jars in up to 12 cavities, in the “W” variant the container molding portion - including the rotary table, stretch-blow unit and eject station - are re-engineered to enable double row molding of smaller containers with thread sizes up to 57mm diameter. This dramatically increases the potential productivity for bottles up to 1 liter capacity as available cavitation is doubled with up to 24 cavities being possible for containers up to 100ml capacity resulting in a machine that can produce up to 8,000bph* in an extremely compact floor area. * Subject to container specification

ASB-150DPX
Very high output for small container molding
The ASB-150DPX is the world’s first triple row, one step injection stretch blow molding machine optimized to mold small containers at up to 48 cavities achieving outputs in excess of 20,000bph. Sharing a high degree of commonality with its 150DP and 150DPW siblings, the ASB-150DPX offers similar precise molding and extremely robust design coupled with very low energy consumption. The result is a perfect choice for high volume molding providing excellent profitability.

ASB-12M
With a higher specification than the ASB-50MB, the ASB-12M is ideally suited to more demanding applications offering a wider range of molding options for pilot or full scale production. The machine has set new standards for higher cavitation with lower energy consumption through the use of servo driven hydraulic pumps. Molds from previous models can be fitted to this machine with simple modifications. With ASB’s Vision1 machine control system, the ASB-12M v2 makes a giant leap in terms of factory integration and ease of use.

Since then, the lightweight property, safety, and recyclability of plastic materials, especially PET, have been widely recognized around the world, leading to the widespread use of plastics. Plastic containers are used to contain a great variety of products, from refreshing beverages to liquors, seasoning agent, detergents, and pharmaceutical agents. We expect that the use of plastic containers will be become increasingly popular in the future in a diverse range of fields.
