We offer a wide spectrum of cartoning machines to meet your packaging demands, including side load (horizontal), vertical and top load cartoners. From manually operated, semi-automatic cartoners, with manual infeed, to high-speed, fully automated packaging lines, we offer a total solution.

Our cartoning machinery is based on modular assemblies. This design methodology ensures flexible machine configurations. The hygienic, ergonomically and open design gives easy accessibility, the highest levels of overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and optimal hygiene standards.

We have a long history of providing  highly reliable, robust and a versatile range of case packing  equipment. This pedigree enables our customers to realize changeovers quickly to handle a wide variety of products. We offer equipment solutions for top load, side load, wraparound cases, as well as tray with hood. Our highly flexible standard solutions commonly load regular slotted container (RSC), half slotted container (HSC), wraparound cases, and trays.

We offer proven turnkey solutions for end-of-line palletizing – ranging from one-in-one-out solutions to centralized palletizers serving multiple lines. Palletizing solutions can also be combined with either the case packing platform or a separate piece of equipment.
 Our high quality, reliable and flexible palletizing solutions frequently handle regular slotted containers (RSC), half slotted containers (HSC) and tray containers. All of our palletizing equipment can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines or be combined with other Mpac Langen machinery equipment for a fully integrated system.

Mpac Langen’s Cartoner 4.0 concept is an industry first that enables efficient and cost-effective ecommerce packaging on demand, as well as in small series and low volumes. The robotic cartoner has been developed in response to industry 4.0 – a global trend of automation and cloud-based data exchange in manufacturing that will enable more flexibility, production on demand, higher reliability and enhanced track and trace capabilities for products.
